Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Zenvyx (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit zenvyx-agency.com (the “Site”), submit the contact form, use the chat widget, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise interact with us.

This Policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in the European Union/EEA and UK, as well as general data protection principles for visitors elsewhere.

2. Who We Are (Data Controller)

The data controller responsible for your personal data is [OPERATOR NAME], operating as Zenvyx from the Republic of Moldova. You can contact us about privacy matters at zenvyx@proton.me.

3. What Data We Collect

Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, project type, budget range, and message.

Chat widget: when you use the chat widget, we collect the messages you send, a session identifier, your browser's user-agent string, and your inferred language, in order to generate and deliver a reply.

Newsletter: if the newsletter sign-up on the Site is active, we collect the email address you submit to send you updates. As of the date of this Policy, this feature may not yet be actively collecting submissions; we will only use it to send communications once it is enabled.

Automatically collected data: like most websites, we use Google Analytics to automatically collect data about your visit, such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and referral source, via cookies and similar technologies.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the data described above to: respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request; operate and improve the chat widget; send newsletter communications, where you have opted in; understand how visitors use the Site through analytics; and maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process your data on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, when you submit the contact form, use the chat widget, or sign up for the newsletter); the necessity of processing to take steps toward or perform a contract with you (for client engagements); and our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the Site through analytics, balanced against your rights and freedoms.

6. Cookies & Tracking

The Site shows a cookie banner on your first visit letting you accept or reject Google Analytics cookies. Google Analytics only loads, and only sets cookies to collect the usage data described above, if you accept.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the Site's footer, or by controlling cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

7. Third Parties We Share Data With

We share data with the following categories of third parties, solely to the extent necessary to provide our Services: Google Analytics (analytics processing); the automation/workflow provider that receives and processes contact form and chat submissions on our behalf; and our hosting provider, which stores and serves the Site.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. International Data Transfers

Some of the third parties listed above, including Google Analytics, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, such transfers rely on the safeguards those providers make available, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

9. Data Retention

We retain contact form and chat submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings. We delete or anonymize personal data once it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

10. Your Rights

If GDPR applies to you, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at zenvyx@proton.me. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site and our Services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including transmitting form submissions over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and take effect immediately upon posting.
